Items purchased from us may be returned for a full refund in the same payment method as the original transaction within 30 days.
Items returned after 30 days may only be returned for store credit. Staff reserves the right to refuse refunds beyond 30 days.
Returned items must be in new condition and unused. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing defects.
Collectible/trading card products, loose miniatures, books, magazines, and gift cards may not be returned or exchanged.
Clearance sales are final.
Customer pays shipping on returned items if applicable.
Shipping Policy
We do not ship any non-TCG Singles products, we operate the majority of our business as in-store only to accommodate our local customers and gaming communities first.
TCG Single cards ordered at https://gregsgames.com/singles can be shipped. Loyalty points are only accrued for TCG Singles orders picked up and paid for in-store.
