*Halloween themed participation promos will be handed out to all attendees while supplies last, and winner promos will be handed out to all players with a 3-0-0 record while supplies last.
*Any cancellations must be done at least 48 hours ahead of the event start time. Any event registrations canceled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
*Registration concludes 15 minute prior to the event start time.
